Presenting dishes that reveal the true flavors of Italy, AAA Four-Diamond Resort at Squaw Creek chef’s will offer guests an opportunity to sample dishes with paired wines at the monthly Chef’s Tasting, which takes place on Thursday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m. with the theme of Much More Than the Sopranos: A Light Tour of Italy.
